I bought my Subaru here 5 years ago and have been going thyere for all service since then. I live in Brooklyn, so it's a long way to go but there's 1 reason I travel so far: Anthony Ciccone. I got a call at 3:51 PM on Monday that my car could not be ready for pickup despite my calling that morning to confirm that it would; this after leaving the car with Subaru since the prior Thursday. I arrived at the subaru office at 4pm, 9 minutes after Subarus call having left work early and made special travel plans to get there. Very disappointed in the service and communications.
