I was told both via email notice & when I made the appointment for the recall repair that I’d receive a free 42-point check. I received multiple calls from different numbers while waiting including on appointment for the recall repair that I’d receive a free 42-point check. I received multiple calls from different numbers while waiting including one asking me where my car was when I’d not moved it. When I looked at my paperwork after returning home, there was a note that “customer declined a multi-point inspection.” I did NOT do so nor was I asked. Very disappointing& even though I leased my car from this dealership doesn’t make me want to return. More
