Dear Mr. Rui Tiago Dos Santos, I apologize that you felt I treated you unprofessionally. However, I would like to clarify some points regarding our encounter. Firstly, you arrived 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment to drive your vehicle. This delay caused us inconvenience and disrupted our schedule. Secondly, during the drive, you drove at high speeds that showed no regard for our safety. You claimed that there was an issue with your vehicle that you could not reproduce, but the actions you took were excessive and unnecessary. When we returned to the property, I politely asked to speak with you about the recording devices you had installed in your vehicle. Our staff and I did not consent to being recorded while your car was being worked on. I explained to you that recording without consent is illegal in the state of New York, and our attorneys confirmed this. I am sorry that you felt I became unprofessional when I brought up the recording issue. We have nothing to hide, but it is important to follow the law and respect others' privacy.
