Rye Subaru - Service Center

I was told it would take about an hour to diagnose a non-working trunk remote in my Legacy. I opted to wait at the dealership (an amenity I do appreciate). Two hours later, when I asked how much longer I'd have to wait, I learned that a part would have to be ordered and I will have to return for the repair. In general, I've been happy with the service at Rye Subaru. This one experience was not a happy one. More
