Great service and good pricing , only thing is that it took 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped my car off in the morning expecting it to be diagnosed that day. By almost 3 PM, I still hadn’t received any update, so I reached out myself. Only then was I told they likely wouldn’t have a dia diagnosed that day. By almost 3 PM, I still hadn’t received any update, so I reached out myself. Only then was I told they likely wouldn’t have a diagnosis until the following day. Had I not contacted them, I have no idea when I would have been updated. At no point when scheduling or dropping off the car was I told I should expect to be without it for more than a day. When I explained that I needed the car for work, I was told there were no loaners available and no other transportation solution was offered. I ultimately decided to pick the car up without the issue being diagnosed. I understand that diagnosing some problems takes time. My issue is the lack of communication and expectation-setting. Had I known upfront that they might need the car for multiple days and couldn’t provide a loaner, I would have planned accordingly More
