A word of advice...do NOT deal with this dealership via email/internet! It’s the same Ol’ dog and pony show...they try their best to get you into the dealership, they can’t do ANYTHING without their manage email/internet! It’s the same Ol’ dog and pony show...they try their best to get you into the dealership, they can’t do ANYTHING without their manager, and they don’t even provide you with a breakdown of their ridiculous numbers. Why would I EVER want to waste hours of my time going to your dealership when you can’t even be upfront with me and give me a REASONABLE price via email?? If you want to pay $130-$170 per month MORE than what three other dealerships quoted me for the exact same vehicle, than THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Save your time and don’t even bother replying with your generic, copy&paste response. More

Extremely poor customer experience. Made appointment a day in advance to test drive a car, drove 45 minutes to the dealership in time for the appointment to find the car was not there. Michael Salerno was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Sergio Ovalle made the process seamless. He was very knowledgeable of the product and answered every question I had. Sergio is very experienced and understands the needs of the customer. There were no surprises, everything was straightforward. They made the process seamless. He made sure to give m New to Jeep and had the most amazing buying experience with Salerno Duane & Sergio. Sergio made my 2020 Wrangler lease so easy! He made sure to give me an amazing deal right off the bat. Due to the pandemic, I was hesitant to buy a car but Sergio made himself extremely available via text and email. He had the car ready & sanitized upon my arrival for one final test drive prior to signing papers. We walked the lot to ensure I had selected the right one. All of their cars are pristine! It's so amazing to work with a dealership that actually cares. After shopping around SO much, I have seen it all but Salerno is definitely the place to go! More

If you are looking for a deal this is the place to go to. They had me in and out and worked with me in all areas. I live over 1 hour away and no local dealership helped me out the way Salerno Duane Jeep did. They had me in and out and worked with me in all areas.
