I get that it’s a sellers market right now, but when you shake at a certain price you shouldn’t have to worry that they will switch up the numbers on you. First of all we shook at sticker price. They even told me I had a private discount of $1,500. When it came to financing, they disqualified me for the $1,500 rebate and even asked for a bigger down payment to keep the lower interest rate even though my credit is excellent (above 750). After taking the car home I realized they charged me $3,500 over sticker price. I went back to inquire what had happened, since the deal was I would pay sticker. Sales team sent me to financing team, and financing team sent me back to sales team. Nobody wanted to own up to it. My family and I have been buying from here for the past decade. Will never buy from this dealership again, they surely lost a family of customers for life. More

Hello, I purchased a 2016 Ford Transit 350 XLT from your dealership in Summit, NJ on August 12th, 2023. My salesman Steven misled me about the following things: he told me the van is fully Ford Certified, he said the you guys would remove the wheelchair lift that was installed by the previous owner, he said they'd fix the alignment, when realizing that the key nor the inner controls could unlock the side door he said, "well its a used car." A $37,000 used car. I asked for touch up paint for the chips and dings, didn't receive it. To all of these requests originally he said "no problem". Another problem with that side door is its difficulty in opening. I bought this van as a replacement for the exact same van. I know how it should open and close, my kids can no longer open the side door on their own and that's who sits in the rear and needs to open that door. When trying to set up repairs at my local Ford dealer (I live an hour hour from Summit, NJ) I called the finance guy Cory, he ignored me 3 times. He was unavailable, No call backs. I told him I had things falling off the van on the way home (trim, blind spot mirror, gas door) no response. This is the reason I was calling him, to find out about all this extra bumper to bumper warranty stuff I bought, 30 day warranty. I purchased a lot of extra coverage after he informed me that Steven wasn't supposed to tell me that the van was fully Ford certified. Worst experience in my 38 years of purchasing cars.
