We have been Salerno Duane customers for several years as we have a Chrysler as well. It saddens me but this was the first pleasant experience we ever had with a service department at SD. Samantha and everyone there greeted us with a smile, they were so accommodating and I could not be more appreciative. I cannot recommend them enough based on the service and professionalism. Folks have their opinions about dealer service centers and I clearly do as well, but Salerno Duane Ford is the exception. Thank you! More
