Matt helped me get into a bigger, newer vehicle that truly fits my little family, and he did it with care, patience, and a level of intention that you don’t come across often. What stood out most is that Matt is that I was upfront with him that he didn’t need to impress me— he had to impress my 8-year-old daughter. I can happily report that he went above and beyond anyway. He took the time to show us the vehicle and clearly answered every question without rushing. There was never pressure, and for the first time in buying a new car, it was a lot of fun. Matt was there with guidance, honesty, and reassurance for me and my little one. But what truly sealed it for me was how Matt treated my little girl. I have purchased and sold approximately 50 vehicles through Sam Pack Ford dealerships over the past several decades, both personally and through companies I own. Additionally, I have assisted family me through Sam Pack Ford dealerships over the past several decades, both personally and through companies I own. Additionally, I have assisted family members, friends, and employees in negotiating and purchasing at least that many more vehicles. Over my lifetime, I have owned hundreds of automobiles and have been an avid collector of exotic and classic cars and motorcycles for many years. In December 2025, I contacted the leasing department to arrange a new truck for one of my companies and spoke with Kelly Mitchell. He confirmed receipt of my application, recorded the stock number of the vehicle I wished to lease, and acknowledged that timing was critical. He assured me he would review the application and respond promptly. I did not receive any follow-up. Three months later, he began contacting me repeatedly, stating that he had my application and needed guidance on how to proceed. By then, I had already purchased the truck from another Ford dealership in December. Since that time, I have acquired an additional ten vehicles elsewhere. Prior to COVID, this dealership consistently delivered professional and knowledgeable service. However, in recent years, I have encountered repeated concerns regarding professionalism and competency within both sales and finance, which led me to avoid the location. This most recent incident—along with a similar experience involving Fleet salesperson Jorge Guerra and Fleet Manager Alan Rosner, who made disparaging remarks about me to a client I referred—has solidified my decision to no longer conduct business with Sam Pack dealerships. This is particularly disappointing because Sam Pack and his son, Tom Pack, have long appeared to be capable and reputable owner-operators. Unfortunately, the performance and conduct of certain personnel in recent years have eroded the goodwill and reputation they worked hard to establish. More
