Aaron (sales) was great. However, while we took a Dodge dually crew cab truck for a test drive, he suggested I let them work up a trade allowance. They drove my truck and bro However, while we took a Dodge dually crew cab truck for a test drive, he suggested I let them work up a trade allowance. They drove my truck and broke the driver seat bezel. I told them about it and the manager Spencer R. came out and said I needed to have a "before" picture of the piece to prove it was not previously broken". We got into a loud discussion and Spencer said "It is an old truck and parts break". Spencer also said he would not pay for the broken part and walked away without even trying to meet me half way. So I will not ever be buying anything from them, all because of a bad attitude and a $47.58 part. I will supply the labor. More
