Went to to full voicemail then got service manger to answer and say bring but never called back when I left message same day. The parts I need have to be ordered and I needed to have him order them before I drove an hour just to have to leave because no replacement part. More

Terrible service. I ordered a part online from them around two months ago. Gave my vin for the part on a 5.7 hemi, what I recieved was a part for a eco diesel. Its been nearly two months, I have been on hold for almost two hour over 8 phone calls, and have sent 3 emails all of which have been ignored. The one and only time I got someone to talk to me about a week after receiving the part they admitted it was their mistake and said they would send me box to ship back for refund. No box and no further communication after that. Wouldn't go near this place ever again. More
