Met with Cody the sales rep about a 2013 wrangler. Cody’s knowledge was amazing. He knew a lot about what I was looking for in a Jeep and he was spot on. We even talked about gear ratios and axels. Now the trouble begins. The car had a check engine light. Well these guys ensured that I didn’t take it home with any issues. The process took longer than I wanted which I believe is because I am inpatient. Adam the manager ended up taking over due to how complicated it got. They were professional and made the car buying process easy. The service process was comforting knowing that the issue was being resolved and I’m happy with that. They did a lot for me that many other dealers wouldn’t have. Will recommend to friends when they are looking for their next Jeep. Adam and Cody are top knotch. More

I purchased a 2021 ram1500 from this dealership through Amador, my sales person. He told me the truck had been tinted by the dealership, had some kind of paint protecting package, wheel locks, and nitroge Amador, my sales person. Upon looking at the truck, it looked clean like all new trucks do. However the windows didn't look tinted at all. It looked like privacy glass. I stated this and was assured it was tinted because this dealership tints every vehicle they get and they do a paint protection package and nitrogen on every vehicle. I took the salesman word and bought the truck. A few days later i speed in to a tint shop and asked about the windows. They told me there was zero tint on the windows and i had privacy glass which is installed at the factory. Sure enough, we pulled up my vin on the fca website and there it was listed as factory installed. The tint place also showed me the was no sort of paint protection. No wax, no nothing other than factory clearcoat. The truck did look like it had been run through a car wash though. I work on lackland and had the air in the tires tested and was told there was a small concentration of nitrogen, what you'd expect if the tires were just topped off with nitrogen added to the already existing air. It does actually have wheel locks. I contacted Amador several times with no reply.finally i got him on the phone one day and asked if maybe my truck never got paint protection and tint. He kept telling me it did and he would provide my service records. That was over a month ago. I have contacted fca dispute resolution but they're not much help. I have left 2 messages for the sales manager with zero reply. I was conned out of the cost of tint and "paint protection" by this dealership. They were great with communication when they kept asking me to give them 5 stars....now they're silent. I have an appointment at my base legal office in 2 weeks to see what legal options i have since this dealership refuses to communicate with me. Be very careful if shopping here. They might have a good selection and average prices, but they can be shady as you can see. If this issue gets resolved i will edit this post but as of now id give them 0 stars if i could.
