I’ve purchased many vehicles before in my life time. I’ve never interacted with a sales manager who was so rude and unfriendly. This was my 20-year-old first car buying experience and this will be his/our never interacted with a sales manager who was so rude and unfriendly. Got a good deal on a Jeep Renegade, but not without issues. The test drive showed the engine to be on, therefore it wen to the Service Dept. to be repaired. At that point, communications became a huge problem. My salesman was not able to get me a satisfactory answer as to the problem with the vehicle, and it caused a delay of several days. At this point, Sales Manager Spencer Ramos stepped in and cut through the BS, as I was promised it would be ready a certain day and it wasn't, resulting in a unnecessary 300 mile round tri. I was, however, reimbursed for the trip expense so that was fair. After some good inquiries by Spencer, it was disclosed that the multi-air actuator was faulty, a $1,000 part. The dealership finally resolved this, and after a week and a half, my Jeep was delivered to my doorstep. Moral of the story: make sure you establish good communication with you sales person, and they in turn have good communication with other departments should any issues arise. More
