Jalen was great, although he really didn't do much, I had already found the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. I don't feel like the finance department or the dealership did all they could do to find already found the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. I feel like they just wanted us out of there and the sale complete as quick as they could get it done. John Velasco and the team was very friendly and patient. As we went in there just to look and see what was in our range. They didn't rush us to make a purchase, they made sure it was something we wanted. T As we went in there just to look and see what was in our range. They stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of. John was very knowledgeable with the vehicle we wanted, so whatever questions we had he was able to answer. He gave us space to have a conversation (husband and I) about making a decision, he was never hoarding us. He just made us feel calm and not feeling like we had to make a decision with in seconds. Robert the manager was very involved as well on making sure we were taken care of and our expectations were meet.
