Bought new F-150 I have used San Tan Ford Service for the past year. Their staff has always been great, so I decided to purchase a new vehicle with them. Their Sales I have used San Tan Ford Service for the past year. Their staff has always been great, so I decided to purchase a new vehicle with them. Their Sales team was very patient as my wife and I looked at trucks. They were also very friendly towards our children. They answered all of our questions and did everything to make us comfortable with our new purchase. Even the finance folks efficiently and quickly got us through all the paperwork. The only complaint I have is with the guy who was supposed to walk me around my vehicle and inspect it prior to leaving the lot. All he did was show me how to hook my phone up to the audio system. He never did an inspection and I had to call out hand marks and a few dirty areas I wanted cleaned up. More

However, with John there was nothing to worry about. He was very honest with us throughout the whole process and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. When I didn’t like the first vehicle I drove, he found me a different one and stayed in contact while it was serviced. He worked around our schedule for us to come test it and helped get me a great deal when I decided to buy. He even stayed late through the financing process to make sure everything was taken care of properly.
