First brand new car!!! I’ve been through 3 cars now and they have all had something wrong with it. It’s like I have bad luck with cars!! Originally came in for service due to my 2013 Ford Focus having a transmission issue for the SECOND time.. a question popped up in my husband’s head.. what if we trade this car in???? Met a wonderful lady, Valeri, who helped us pick this brand new baby.... awesome customer service and salesperson. Great used truck buying experience I had spent the past 3 months looking for a quality used truck. I had looked at 100's on the internet and several in person, some of which I had taken I had spent the past 3 months looking for a quality used truck. I had looked at 100's on the internet and several in person, some of which I had taken for a test drive. For various reasons, I had not been able to find the right truck until I choose to make the 2 hour drive from home to Sanders Ford for the first time. Upon arrival, I was allowed to look over the truck I came to see at my own pace. I was able to ask questions and the salesman provided the answers and if he didn't know the answer, he got the paperwork that provided the answer. As the conversation continued, he learned the truck was missing 2 features I was looking for in my next truck. To my pleasant surprise, I learned that Sanders Ford could provide those features and still make the truck affordable for my budget. When my wife and I needed time to discuss the deal, we were given time and privacy to talk and we felt like Sanders Ford was going to make sure we were happy and pleased customers and to our enjoyment, they did. We would recommend checking out Sanders Ford if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. Happy to have found them and enjoying my new ride. More

Until the next day I get a conformation email and at the bottom next to her name I see swansboro, not Jacksonville . So time for a call, Jacksonville says bring it in at 1:30 It will be done 4ish . So the first service was free and they squeezed me in just in time for the drive north for the long weekend. More

My service writer did an excellent job of letting me communicate with the technician and making calls to get the parts delivered in a timely manner that minimized my time waiting for the service to be completed. She called Kettrells and obtained the best parts for our vehicle and had them delivered immediately. I was in a rush as I had to fly my plane to Greensboro for an appointment and then to the Raliegh area for another appointment. I was not expecting to have that much work done on the brakes but glad I did it. I also appreciate how they don't try to upsell services you don't need right now. Please have a courtesy car or the ability to rent one overnight. More
