Online Booking Disappointing Chose to use the online booking option for convenience - booked time for 4:00 pm. Arrived for appointment and there was no record of my booking. The service manager helping me originally was treating me as walk-in and stated it would be an hour and forty five minutes - which I stated is a long time for an oil change. Was tempted to leave, but decided to stay. After about fifty minutes he came to tell me car was in for wash and would be done soon. He stated they were having issues with online system and he had decided to treat me as an appointment- for which I give him high marks. The car wash was very underwhelming and appeared to be nothing more than an after thought. More

It was any kind of special. Came here over the past weekend for service on my 2013 Cruze. It was a basic A/C service and was scheduled using their website. The website worked great, but it isn't the reason I'm giving it 3 out of 5. When I got there, my Service Advisor quoted me an A/C service of around $190. I told her the dealer website has specials listed for service and had an A/C service listed at $48.88. She had no idea and I looked it up on my phone to prove it to her. Didn't have to do that at Sands Glendale, they already knew. The staff was friendly, but not knowing what is being offered at your own dealership is a bit frustrating. More
