JUMP START ON SATURDAY MY WIFE AND I WENT TO NHRA DRAG RACES IN PHOENIX. UPON MY RETURN I HAD TO HAVE AAA JUMP START MY VEHICLE. MY VEHICLE IS ONLY 1 1/2 HALF OL ON SATURDAY MY WIFE AND I WENT TO NHRA DRAG RACES IN PHOENIX. UPON MY RETURN I HAD TO HAVE AAA JUMP START MY VEHICLE. MY VEHICLE IS ONLY 1 1/2 HALF OLD. THE SERVICEMAN WANTED ME TO BUY ONE OF THEIR BATTIERIES BUT I DID NOT. I DROVE MY CARD TO SANDS CHEVROLET AND SPOKE TO SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH AND HE TOOK ME RIGHT IN. THEY CHECKED OUT THE STARTING SYSTEM AND BATTERY. THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY WHICH SAVED ME OVER $200,00. IF I WOULD HAVE TO BUY ONE FROM AAA. Extremely good service. We purchased a used 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Sands in late 2016. The latch on the tailgate failed. Ken Ashby and his crew tracked down the problem and We purchased a used 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Sands in late 2016. The latch on the tailgate failed. When I went to Sands I was blown away from the level of customer service I was given. Beyond Tony Evasco taking the time to help me find the best suited vehicle, he went over every single aspect of it. I thanked him, in the brief time I had a test drive he went over any questions I could of had. After it was over, he asked if I wanted to know anything else and I can honestly say for the first time in my life I had none as he covered everything thoroughly. It takes a lot to impress me these days, it goes without question that I will be giving Sands Chevrolet in Surprise my business for years to come. Car in worse shape coming out than going in! I had a horrible experience! I have NEVER been so disappointed in a dealer's service as I was with this latest visit. There were three areas of damage I had a horrible experience! I have NEVER been so disappointed in a dealer's service as I was with this latest visit. There were three areas of damage to my car when it was brought out but only the broken driver seat control was repaired but I had to point it out to Karo but anyone who drove the car before I picked it up could have seen the damage since it was just hanging off. My dash lights were fine when I brought the car in but not when I picked it up My radio buttons were all lighting when I brought the car in but again, not when I picked up the car. I was told that just was the way it was and the dealer was not going to repair the dash lights or the radio lights. After having all my service done with Sands, to be told basically "too bad" is a disgrace. Now that affects my trade in value. This is my year to buy a new car but I can guarantee it will not be from a Sands dealer! More
