Above & Beyond My wife's 2014 Impala failed to start when she was away on business in Las Vegas. We live in the Phoenix area. I reached out to Matt & Steve from Sand My wife's 2014 Impala failed to start when she was away on business in Las Vegas. We live in the Phoenix area. I reached out to Matt & Steve from Sands Chevrolet @ 9:00pm, yes that's right PM. The both got back to me within a few minutes and gave my wife some tips on what might be wrong & what to try. In the interim my wife used OnStar & someone showed up to jump start the car. The problem was not the car battery, but the fob battery, being the car is a push button start. Matt forwarded us a youtube video showing how to start the car with the key slot in the console. Upon her arrival back to our home in Arizona, they immediately scheduled a time to bring the car in & run diagnostics on the electrical system. Fortunately, it just needed a new battery & we put new batteries in the fob. This is what you call customer service. An art soon forgotten by the youngsters of today. More
