Not happy I had a brand new top put on my convertible in August last year. Obviously, to have them replace it must have been bad. I bring it back after having I had a brand new top put on my convertible in August last year. Obviously, to have them replace it must have been bad. I bring it back after having it start to rattle and get charged for it. It was a whole panel. This is a car that has had several major issues. The service department has always been awesome. This time though I literally got nickeled and dimed. For what? For me to never step foot in that dealership again. Ever. For 115 dollars. More

NEW MALIBU I HAD RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2016 CHEVROLET MALIBU. I HAD A 2014 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE BEFORE. I NOTICED THAT THE BEEPING WEAS NOT GOING OFF IN THE MALIBU WHE I HAD RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2016 CHEVROLET MALIBU. I HAD A 2014 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE BEFORE. I NOTICED THAT THE BEEPING WEAS NOT GOING OFF IN THE MALIBU WHEN WONDERING INTO THE NEXT LANE WITHOUT MY TURN SIGNAL ON. I FOUND OUT WITH SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH THAT THE WARNING SOUND IS NO LONGER ON THE VEHICLE. HE INFORMED WHAT HAPPENS THAT THE STEERING WILL AUTOMATIC CORRECT ITSELF WHEN GOING OVER 35 MILE (IT WILL NUDGE YOU OVER). MR. SMITH ALWAYS GIVES EXCELLENT ADVICE AND DOES NOT TRY TO SELL YOU ANYTHING YOU DO NOT NEED FOR YOUR CAR. HE IS VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. More

Worst dealership to buy a car I traded (2) vehicles (1) of the vehicles 2016 Ford Mustang which was paid off. Took FOREVER to payoff my trade that had a loan which costed me money, I traded (2) vehicles (1) of the vehicles 2016 Ford Mustang which was paid off. Took FOREVER to payoff my trade that had a loan which costed me money, and then took forever and tried to hold my overpayment refund money due me of almost $8000.00 and gave excuses after excuses after they had all there money for sometime.
