Dealer experience This is the last time I'm ripped off by the dealer. Twice now I've been charged for more than I need. This time I was talked into changing my transmis This is the last time I'm ripped off by the dealer. Twice now I've been charged for more than I need. This time I was talked into changing my transmission fluid. I have 11000+ miles on a 2 year old car. I understand transmission fluid should last til 60000 miles! I know it's preventative maintenance but I'm tired of paying 375 to 500 when I am serviced for an oil change and filter. I will now go to jiffy lube where they will also check out everything. I will use the dealer when I need something on warranty or I'm told I need to. More

She even brought the car to my home so I could look at it before going to dealership .....now that was so impressive and showed how much they appreciate my business. I would recommend Frank, if you're looking to buy he was very helpful. The finance department however was a different story,the finance department offered me financing at a higher interest rate at first,then offered a much lower rate only if I took the warranty with the purchase. Not real happy about the warranty issue but prefer the lower rate. More
