The service diagnostic process was complete and identified the source of my problem as well as a few recommended options that were appropriate for the age and mileage of my vehicle. The work required would take two days; Jean offered a loaner and contacted me promptly when the work was scheduled for completion. The work was actually completed ahead of schedule and I was able to discuss the repair with the technician (Bill) that did the job. All of my questions were patiently answered and I left confident in the quality of the workmanship. I would certainly recommend this service center, without hesitation. More
