Oil Change and compass issue I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. That went just fine. Also, the compass was not working and they looked at that but were unable to I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. That went just fine. That took awhile, but despite the delay, the service was good. More
Dealer experience This is the last time I'm ripped off by the dealer. Twice now I've been charged for more than I need. This time I was talked into changing my transmis This is the last time I'm ripped off by the dealer. Twice now I've been charged for more than I need. This time I was talked into changing my transmission fluid. I have 11000+ miles on a 2 year old car. I understand transmission fluid should last til 60000 miles! I know it's preventative maintenance but I'm tired of paying 375 to 500 when I am serviced for an oil change and filter. I will now go to jiffy lube where they will also check out everything. I will use the dealer when I need something on warranty or I'm told I need to. More
