Misdiagnosed tranny and wanted me to pay for their mistake they missdiagnosed my leak and wanted me to pay for their mistake ...I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Covers drive train.. To my truck in for a tranny leak and was quoted $1800 to replace a pump seal . I said I hope that was the problem because my warranty doesn't cover gaskets.. The assured me this was the leak. I get my truck back and guess what they didn't fix the leak.. It's exactly the same.. I take it back and they say the torque converter is leaking and that they will fix it for me they missed it .. I told them it's the same leak and that this is all covered by my warranty.. They charged my warranty also plus the original amount they charged me to fix a seal that wasn't leaking ... It was the torque converter from the get go..mind you this is covered by my warranty.. I got in contact with a manager and he and I got into a yelling match.. You should never talk to a customer like he did to me. Only after threatening to involve better business Bureau did they return my money.. More
