Detail Engine compartment was spotless and like new. Interior was very clean. Very nice shop I had an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. I was in and out in the scheduled time, comfortable waiting area. The only down side was they overf I had an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. I was in and out in the scheduled time, comfortable waiting area. The only down side was they overfilled my tire pressure, the onboard monitor had my tires at 35psi to 37psi. Easily fixed when I got home. More

DEF res heating element went bad Warning lights came on, called service and explained what warning light were on. Told me it was covered by warranty, had parts and if I could come in Warning lights came on, called service and explained what warning light were on. Told me it was covered by warranty, had parts and if I could come in that day - in/out same day!! I have used Sands since moving to Surprise in mid 2017, and has always been a pleasant experience with no surprises, exact time lines and dollars. I highly recommend their service dept. and will continue using them until they give me reason not to. More
