No follow up with warranty So this last visit was the the last of 3 attempts to get back windshield defroster wire connected. The first visit provider told me he would call me a So this last visit was the the last of 3 attempts to get back windshield defroster wire connected. The first visit provider told me he would call me after he find out if it's under warranty or not. I waited about a week until I called him back. He said at that point he still hadn't checked and he will check and call me back. I waited another week and called him again and he still hadn't checked. After that last communication he did finally check and did get back with me about a week later. I took my car in to have this done to it only to find out that they didn't have the right part. It took them from 8 AM until 4 PM to do an oil change and find out they didn't have the right part. Finally I have taking it in to get the right part and it does seem to work but it has been a long enduring process and I really don't recommend the fellow who has helped me. More
