EXTREMELY Disappointing! No call to review service or let me know my car was done. I dropped my car off the night prior for a 7:30am appointment. I received an email with v No call to review service or let me know my car was done. I dropped my car off the night prior for a 7:30am appointment. I received an email with video & recommendations early afternoon. I replied, received NO call to notify or review. The website says both service and sales are open until 7:00pm. I called several times from 5:55 - 6:00 to see if my car was done. No answer. I finally called sales who apologized and knew the hours are wrong on the website. He said he would check on my vehicle and call back with 15 minutes. NEVER heard back! I am a single mother of 2 teenagers and I CAN NOT be without a vehicle! I called the next morning at opening to find out what was going on only to be told it was completed the day before with no explanation as to why I was not notified. I was FURIOUS! This unfortunately was not the first disappointing encounter that I have had. Before my husband passed, we purchased a Chrysler from you guys and had such a great experience. It’s so unfortunate that the experience with service has not been the same. That was the final straw. Going forward I will be going elsewhere for regular maintenance & repairs. I also feel that it is worth mentioning that, my 16 is currently in the market for a Jeep, I will likely be in the market for a new one in the near future as well.
