We mainly dealt with Ray McKnight, the Service Director due to a question on a service charge. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding after he did his research. Just moved to Coopersburg and needed service for my 2020 grand Cherokee, called Sands and got an appointed right away. My services advisor was Amy who couldn't have been nicer and listened to everything I n grand Cherokee, called Sands and got an appointed right away.
