When I went to the dealership on Saturday morning, I arrived at 10 and was introduced to Jim who delivered the vehicle. Jim was was very helpful and knowledgeable. When it comes to the service advisors there is poor communication really poor and lack of ownership in regards to getting back to the customer in a timely manner.
