I am a 65 year old male and have purchased at least 20 new cars in my time ....i think this dealership is the very best one i have ever dealt with from the service dept to the new car sales .....the price new cars in my time ....i think this dealership is the very best one i have ever dealt with from the service dept to the new car sales .....the prices are the best around and the people here are the most friendly and bend over backwards to please you ....i even got to meet the owner and his daughter several times now who are down to earth people ....if anybody askes me if i recomend this place i would definately say YES ....i usually buy Chrysler products because i am a Chrysler retiree but Sapaugh Chevrolet is my dealership now after several bad dealings with local chrysler dealerships and chrysler customer relations i wont be going back to any of them places .....also when selling a clean low mileage vehicle give this dealership a chance they offered me way more money on a van i have then the dealers that sell this brand new More

After having an undesirable experieince at another St.Louis area dealership, we decided to take our business to Sapaugh. John Robinson made our purchase so easy. We really didn't know what we could afford. We only knew we needed great gas mileage and seating for at least 5. We thought we wanted an SUV, but John could didn't know what we could afford. We only knew we needed great gas mileage and seating for at least 5. We thought we wanted an SUV, but John could see that we weren't going to get the mileage we wanted and suggested some other options--options we hadn't even considered because we thought those choices were too costly. John assured us he would find the perfect car. He did! And when I got a flat tire nearly six months later because I had run over a nail, I called him to find out how to navigate the tire protection plan we had purchased at the time of the sale. He called a few days later to make sure everything had been taken care of at the service department. It had, and it hadn't cost me anything extra! I brag on Sapaugh and John Robinson to anyone who will listen. It was a great experience! More
