Steve, Gary just all of them worked together especially Steve to help us find a car, make our payments were we needed them to be, fixing everything we found to be wrong with our car which was not a lot, and make us feel so welcome. Left in ruins. I DID NOT BUY FROM SAPAUGH! HOW EVER I did use their service department. I own a 2013 chevy equinox. I purchased it used with 60000 miles on it. After I DID NOT BUY FROM SAPAUGH! HOW EVER I did use their service department. I own a 2013 chevy equinox. I purchased it used with 60000 miles on it. After maintaining it like it is supposed to be maintained the engine spun a bearing. Not a big deal right? Wrong! After it sat at SAPAUGH for over a week waiting for the GM rep to look at it. After speaking with SAPAUGH service rep named Zach he assured us that there wasn't any sludge build up and it looked as though it had been regularly maintained. He advised us that there should be no problem with it being covered under the 5yr 100,000 mile warranty that GM offers with all their vehicles. 30 minutes later we received a call that it would not be covered due to insufficient oil. Even though it had been leaking lots of oil out the top of the motor after we tried to start it. Long story short DO NOT BUY ANY GM PRO DUCT THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR CRAFTSMANSHIP OR THEIR WARRANTY!! More

Taken advantage of and treated poorly. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sapaugh in September of 2015. When I went and spoke with the finance Manager John McCarthy about financing my ve I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sapaugh in September of 2015. When I went and spoke with the finance Manager John McCarthy about financing my vehicle I explicitly told him I wanted to add nothing to the price of the car. He then managed to quietly get me to sign for an extended warranty that added $1,800 to my cost. This is after I said multiple times I only wanted the warranty that was included in the price of the car. He purposely got me to purchase something I specifically said I did not want. When I went back into the dealership to cancel the warranty I was treated terribly. Mr. McCarthy was very dismissive, rude, and was not concerned that he took advantage of me by talking about the extended warranty as if it were the included warranty. I then spoke with the General Manager of Sapaugh, Joe Clemens. He was just as rude and dismissive as Mr. McCarthy and was not concerned about the fact that I was lied to by one of his employees. This was an absolutely terrible experience. I was lied to, taken advantage of, and then treated with disrespect when I went to get this rectified. More

Very happy customer I just wanted to write a review to tell others about the incredible experience I received at Sapaugh GM. They truly live up to their name and slogan I just wanted to write a review to tell others about the incredible experience I received at Sapaugh GM. They truly live up to their name and slogan "Everyone Leaves Happy"! Sapaugh has been servicing our 2004 Cadillac Escalade for the past few years. We absolutely loved that car. Because of their great service it ran like new even know it had 195,000 miles on it. That being said we were involved in a accident and unfortunately was totaled. We were so bummed because we loved that car. So we called Sapaugh and they helped us arrange a wrecker from the accident to their dealership. After the adjuster claimed it to be a total loss, we asked Sapaugh if they could help us find a newer but similar vehicle. The Sapaugh team jumped into action and came up with several Cadillac's that were in our price range. We didn't think we could afford another one, but they went to the trouble to search and locate one for us. We absolutely love our new/used one. Everyone from our sales person to the finance manager and even the GM walked us though the process. It was painless. This was for sure the best experience we have ever had. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. So as I said at the beginning of this review "Everyone Leaves Happy"! We sure did. Thank you Sapaugh More
