I have never come across a dealership or sales person who went above & beyond like David did. I bought a truck with quite a few miles on it so I wasn’t shocked when, a month later, it had torque converter is went above & beyond like David did. I bought a truck with quite a few miles on it so I wasn’t shocked when, a month later, it had torque converter issues. I had also moved out of state. Found a different shop to fix it but the price tag was quite large at around $3,515.07 but David had my back and got me reimbursed immediately. He also, before I even picked it up, had new tires put on it & dents taken out. I’ve never seen a dealership do this for a customer on a pre-owned vehicle in my life. I will likely keep going back to them for life. Although they may run for the hills when they see me coming next time haha ;) More
