My husband and I have been going to Sarant for many years. Unfortunately, my husband recently passed away and I am trying to take care of my car alone. Any problems I have, I just call Joe and he goes out of his way to help me. Makes my life a little easier knowing Sarant is always there for me. Thanks to the entire service dept. I appreciate it. 50 years OLD Sarant Cadillac is celebrating it's 50th anniversary. I think that is the last time they decorated their showroom! It is SOOOOO outdated-looking and Sarant Cadillac is celebrating it's 50th anniversary. I think that is the last time they decorated their showroom! It is SOOOOO outdated-looking and dreary. That being said, their service department is great - they take you on time and get you up and running quickly. And they do offer free coffee while you wait. That's it. Just coffee. The other complaint I have is that they don't wash your car at the end of a service. Most dealerships give you snacks, bagels, or cookies and give you back a clean and shiny car. But this is my 3rd car from Sarant, so I guess those things really don't bother me that much! More

When I called to make an appointment, I had no problem receiving my requested date. When I brought the car in, Joe Mistretta expeditied the process and kept his promise to have the service completed in a smooth and timely manner.
