We were so happy when we leased a car from Alex back on June 30th. I recently sold my car. We loved dealing with Alex so much, we leased a second car. The staff at Sarant Cadillac are truly professional at what they do,especially Dominick and Antonio. I was treated as though I was part of their staff. There was no pressure in the sales aspect of it all what they do,especially Dominick and Antonio. I was treated as though I was part of their staff. There was no pressure in the sales aspect of it all and they addressed all my questions and any concerns that I may have had. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and lost count but in purchasing a Cadillac which was my first experience I never had anyone before sit with me in the car for over an hour and explain in detail all the bells and whistle’s that come with the vehicle. I needed to turn in my 2019 vehicle and pick out a new 2022 XT5. As he has done for many many years in the past Anthony Soriano (who feels like my family member) treated me like family all during the tran 2022 XT5. I needed a NYS state inspection done on my vehicle. I work with Tony D from service (trust him like family). He took my car right in and quickly had the inspection done.
