Service employees are always helpful, courteous and professional. However, on my recent emergency service call on May 13th due to a broken window, My request for a loaner; due to previous obligations I professional. However, on my recent emergency service call on May 13th due to a broken window, My request for a loaner; due to previous obligations I needed to attend, was met with the unfortunate response that my dealership has not had one since July 2021. Normally I would understand this; however, my neighbor who owns a Lexus was able to obtain a loaner immediately just this last week. How is this possible that other dealerships have loaners for their customers? My family has always held and praised Cadillac for their excellent vehicles, Custome Service and Customer Care. This is my second round with owning a Cadillac and we truly love the vehicle and the customer service, but I am honestly very disappointed with this recent occurrence and with having to give less than a stellar 10 review.
