Last year we bought from another Chrysler dealership up Route 61, and let’s just say they should be Outten of the Chrysler family altogether. So this year, when I started thinking about replacing my truck, I wanted the complete opposite experience. I talked to Taylor in service at Savage 61, who calmly walked me through what I could expect from the new Rams and their reliability. That conversation alone gave me confidence to take the next step. Then I met Jeremy, who from the first handshake understood what mattered most to me. I told him that time is the most valuable thing I have, and he truly took that to heart. He respected my time, my family, and my schedule from the start. He handled everything with care and precision, arranging to move both my trade-in and the new truck exactly when and where I needed them. Right as I was ready to finalize the purchase, my wife had to fly down to Houston. I thought the timing would make it impossible. Jeremy had other plans.
