Unlike that experience, at this dealership I didn't feel pushed to buy. Also, the salesman showed me multiple vehicles based on what I was interested in (RAM 1500) to assist me in valuating which options/style I wanted. Also, knowledge of the products was excellent. The ability to explain so I understand how to properly operate and take care of my new vehicle. One word to describe my experience with the salesperson is comfortable. In my opinion that is a great feeling to have when you are purchasing something on a large scale such as a vehicle. I also have to mention everyone else involved from management to the detailers. I made this team aware that I had an appointment and needed this transaction accelerated. Everyone came together and got the vehicle ready without cutting any corners. Finally, let's talk about money. A new vehicle purchase can be overwhelming, or you want one that is out of your price range. This dealership gave me a great deal for my trade in vehicle and also took my Veterans status into account. This dealership blew the last one out of the water as far as service.
