He was very laid back and made no negative comment about my credit situation, but was rather encouraging and reassured he was there to help. I filled out some paperwork and we talked about my trade, and with a very short wait he had options to show me. Little did I know I was about to test drive a brand new car! In just a little over two hours, I'd traded my old car, went over financing with Brad, agreed to a deal with Justin, and drove away in my brand new 2015 Jeep Patriot. I don't think it's possible to be any happier about how the transaction went. A lot of times it's intimidating to walk into a place like that as a single mom because you are a huge sales target, but ALL of my options were explained at length and it couldn't have been a more comfortable atmosphere.
