I financed my lease buyout through my credit union, not the dealership. During the transaction, I received multiple Bills of Sale that contained incorrect figures, including changes to the vehicle purchase the dealership. During the transaction, I received multiple Bills of Sale that contained incorrect figures, including changes to the vehicle purchase price after the agreement had already been signed. When I questioned these discrepancies, I was informed that a refund check would be issued rather than receiving corrected documentation. I have filed complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies and am retaining the refund check as evidence. Based on my experience, I recommend that consumers carefully review all paperwork before signing. More

They are SNEAKY and DISHONEST. When I went to get car serviced they said I only was responsible for the vehicle inspection and the oil change was covered but when they called to say, the car is ready, they said that it was not covered and I was responsible for paying. Stay far away from this place!!!! Over $100 paid for just an oil change and the car wasn’t even washed as they falsely advertised!!! More
