We just bought our second car from Sayville Ford. We had a very pleasant experience at Sayville Ford with Robert Tarnowski and Charles Ricottoni 2 years ago when we purchased our new Mustang. Unlike some dealerships they were straight forward, no pressure, no hidden fees, no must buy today, etc.....So when we needed to replace another vehicle we knew where to go. It was reassuring to see that Robert Tarnowski and Charles Ricottoni were still there. They took great care of us again and made sure that we got what we wanted/needed. Adam Diaz explained the warranties and coverages to be sure we understood what coverages we had and the options for others. I respect that Adam offered, rather than "pushed", different packages that were available to extend our coverage and let us decide which, if any, were best for us. There was also a very nice young man named Chris who patiently showed us how all the new gadgets worked. More

Great car buying experience No one likes going through the process of buying a car, but Rob really made the process easy. We originally picked out 2 vehicles and did all the pape No one likes going through the process of buying a car, but Rob really made the process easy. We originally picked out 2 vehicles and did all the paper work/left deposits and the next day had a little buyers remorse and only decided to move forward with one for my wife. Rob was completely understanding and not the “typical” pushy salesman and before I could even bring up the deposit he said no worries we will just transfer to the down payment to your wife’s truck. Very honest and down to earth guy and I would highly recommend him. I have never seen a car salesman so excited to show us all the new technology and features in our explorer. Then we all know after you deal with sales you have to visit the finance office, and even that was a good experience. Adam wasn’t pushy with the up selling , just laid out the information and let me make a decision...and for the first time ever I actually bought an up sell lol. They both were very accommodating with staying late and working around our schedules. More
