Great Customer Service I really needed to replace my car, but I was very reluctant to do so (I really loved my car). I think my dad and I stumbled into the right Ford because the team made the process so much easier. I worked with Nick, Adam, and Chris. Nick was really honest, funny, and personable. He helped us narrow down our choices based on budget and need, and then was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Adam helped with the financing stuff, explained everything really thoroughly, and was also just so kind throughout the entire experience. Chris helped me navigate the new car, and showed me how to use all the features inside the car. Everyone was so happy and helpful, and I am really grateful for how easy they made the entire experience. It kind of felt like I spent a Saturday with friends. It made me feel better about leaving my old car behind and adventuring with a new one. I would absolutely recommend this dealership/team to anyone, and when I am in the market for a new car I will be back at their office. More

Best Dealer I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with Sayville Ford for several years. My Explorer has 162,000 Miles and still looks almost new and runs very well.
