Outstanding Service Once Again I received a reminder call that my NYS inspection was due. Made an appointment for 6:15 am so I would not have to take time off from work. It was recommended that my front brakes be replaced (which I already suspected.) They completed my job quickly and efficiently and I was not late for work! More

Charlie and his supervisor gave me no problem with taking my old car and using it as a trade towards a new mustang. The mustang was premium with many gadgets and they gave me a very fair price which really helped me be able to afford it. I kept in touch with Charlie over the phone throughout the whole process and when I showed up to the dealer on the day I was to drive it home I was able to just sign and drive. No hidden fees or anything. It was exactly what we talked about. The lady in finance, Kareen really helped me out a lot due to my lack of credit being 20 years old. She got me a very low interest rate which was the only reason I was able to go through with buying my car. She also was able to help me afford a Great warranty with the car aswell. Overall I was very happy with how my experience went at Sayville Ford. Car dealers tend to get bad reputations but I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
