Hassle free , personal and no pressure This was not the first time we have dealt with Sayville Ford. However, for convenience, we visited a local Ford dealer but walked out due to non-prof This was not the first time we have dealt with Sayville Ford. However, for convenience, we visited a local Ford dealer but walked out due to non-professionalism and lack of customer attention. Although Sayville Ford was not local, we once again went back to purchase a new vehicle. We were greeted promptly and our sales rep, Marianna, was introduced immediately. Service was friendly with no pressure. We received a good trade in value with no hassle and we felt Marianna did her best to get us a good price on a new car. She assisted us with the wonderful world of technology included with the new Ford vehicles such as connecting the phone, setting the navigation system and auto-start. In addition, she spent time (patiently I might add) showing us the all the terrific amenities Ford has. Her greatest sales asset was her enthusiasm for the product and company she represents. Tom, of the finance department, dealt with the mountain of paperwork that goes with a new car informatively, fast and stress free. The experience was great from shopping to pickup. We were very happy with our purchase and I hope their service department meets the same quality of service demonstrated by their sale department. Thank you Sayville Ford, Marianna and Tom - it was a pleasure doing business with you - again! More
