Every time i bring my vehicles for service, I walk out feeling extremely satisfied and content with the way my service advisor Kenya Augustin has treated me and also the mechanics and staff. Kenya Augustin is very professional, courteous, keeps me updated with my concerns with my vehicles, the list can go on. She is one of the nicest, sweatest, caring, HONEST service advisor I have ever come across. Another characteristic i appreciate about Kenya Augustin is that she is a Christian and DOES NOT LIE, whether you are ready for it or not. She makes sure that all of your needs are met before leaving the facility. If you have a Ford and live near the Sayville area, I would highly recommend that you go and see her. I promise you she will take great care of you and your vehicle. The mechanics and the advisors works together as a team there. That is another thing that i respect and appreciate when it comes to Sayville Ford. More

terrible customer service we have a 2016 ford escape. had the engine come on. made an appointment for service. dealer tells us 8:45am we bring car in. No one calls us the entire day. called them late afternoon to find my car was not looked at and will not be looked until tomorrow. today is tomorrow and it is late afternoon and my car is still not seen. they did not call us to tell us at all. after we called and wanted to speak to a manager. we are told manager will call back. here we sit waiting for the manager to call. terrible customer service. Changed how I felt about dealerships Like many consumers I had experienced many a negative dealership experience in my past, so when it came to leasing a new vehicle after owning my Nissa Like many consumers I had experienced many a negative dealership experience in my past, so when it came to leasing a new vehicle after owning my Nissan Altima for 7 years- I was anticipating the usual dealership hassle, and what I got at Sayville Ford was the opposite. Joe Carter approached me and my husband and right away was very disarming and non aggressive, I never felt a "push" from him or like he was trying to sell me and get me out the door. He listened to what I was looking for and worked hard to get me a deal that was affordable while getting me into an Explorer that I loved and met nearly every wish list item I had. Joe was honest and straight up the entire time and very patient with all of my questions, and the show room as a whole was a very relaxed environment that felt far from the typical dealership shark tank that so many of us are familiar with. I am so happy with my experience and absolutely in LOVE with my brand spanking new 2017 Explorer XLT, I would recommend Sayville Ford & Joe Carter 10 times over and will without a doubt be doing business with them again once my lease is up! More
