After applying for Ford credit online I was contacted and explained what I was looking for. Very painlessly and direct I was told that exactly what I wanted was in stock, and there were some great promos going on, so I scheduled an appointment. I met with Bob, and he was a straight shooter, very knowledgeable and he helped me to understand that I could get more bang for my buck by being slightly amendable, and sure enough, he delivered on that promise. Bob and JP were both very considerate to my schedule and some issues I had going on that day. Before I knew it, I was driving home in my brand new 2017 Ford Explorer.
