All Good! I had put in an internet inquiry for a used Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. Sayville Fords response was quick and helpful. My first conversations were with Kim Imperial, checking availability and setting an appointment to come in and see the car. 2nd step was meeting with our salesperson, Charlie Sears, to look over the car and get things rolling. Loved the car but had to get the final OK from the actual driver of the car, my wife. I put down a deposit, came back 2 days later with our trade-in. We drove the car, got "my Bosses' approval, worked out a trade-in value for our Escape, the ground work was set. Lynn and I worked out the numbers with JP Singh, went over all the available options, warranties, and schedules. Done deal. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant, just an overall good experience. More

Why this place is such a dssapointment I purchased a car from here three weeks ago. When I went to pick up my car, the spare key was missing as well as the manual. I drove home and notice I purchased a car from here three weeks ago. When I went to pick up my car, the spare key was missing as well as the manual. I drove home and noticed there was a hole in the driver's seat that was not there when I went for a test drive. It was a perfectly round hole that may have been put there by accident when the car was being cleaned the day before. I called first thing the next day to report these issues as well as an issue with one of the windshield wiper blades. I got nowhere after two calls to Rob, the salesman. He asked me to call to speak with Brian with the manager. I called three times and got his voicemail every single time with no phone calls back. I would never buy a car from here again. Clearly they just wanted to sale and weeks later, have never addressed these issues. I will be posting this on my social media accounts to make sure everyone hears of my negative expierence More
