Best "shopping" trip ever! So the hubby knew it was about time I turned in my old Explorer, had her for 10 wonderful years. We decided to start "shopping" to see what the newer models had to offer. We headed to Sayville Ford to take a peek and met Marianna. She spent a lot of time just listening to my needs. I wasn't 100% set on what I really wanted, including paint color & the bells and whistles. Marianna was so patient and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything right then and there. After collecting all the "must haves/have-nots" and listening to me fine tune the details... boom, she had a match! Again, no pressure to hurry up and grab it or anything like that. Everything just seemed to fall into place after that. The rest of the staff were just as nice and pleasant to work with. I hope to visit again in 10 years, when I'm ready to trade in my 2016 Explorer AND work with Marianna again! More

I was able to speak with Rob who told me I could come see the car at any time that was convenient for me. The next day, Rob spent quite some time going over the ins and outs of the car with me and I got to do a test drive. I loved the car and knew I had to have it. I set up to pick up the car two days after my initial test drive. Got to meet Tom who made the financing process a breeze. All in all, a great experience! More
