Salesman Jesse was easy to work with but the Car was delivered with grease all over the interior, outside was disgusting, looked like they washed it with a sprinkler after they ranted and raved about th delivered with grease all over the interior, outside was disgusting, looked like they washed it with a sprinkler after they ranted and raved about their detail department. Adam from finance I wouldn’t trust him working a fast food drive through window, unprofessional, was only interested in selling extra packages and coverages for the vehicle and doesn’t like to take no for a answer, doesn’t know how to talk to customers or be in any type of customer service environment and liked to argue even when he was wrong with documented proof. Guy is a disgrace to the customer service and car dealership industry. I would not buy a car from this dealer again and actually had two friends buy two trucks shortly after me and I steered them away from this dealer. More

He did a lot of negotiating with the sales reps and also finance manager Rose. He is please to say that Both Rose and Luis Calvo were very patient and understanding with his concerns. They work with him and agree upon the purchase and complied with the issues my father was addressing.
