Beginning with Teri and continuing thru all who I dealt with; the buying process was handled in a professional manor where not once did I feel as though I was having a car pushed on me. Teri was extremely knowledge on the car I purchased and her years of working at Shaller showed thru. As for the car; it is an awesome car. Joe was was fantastic from beginning to end to say the least. When we walked in the showroom all the salesmen where tied up, but Joe greeted us shortly after, and right away he took the time to ask us what we were looking for. He was very professional throughout his presentation, and was very knowledgeable about his product. He seemed genuinely interested in listening to what we had to say, and quite frankly we are used to working with self serving sales guys in the past, so that was a big surprise for us. Prior to visiting Schaller's, we had stopped by another Acura dealership, and the experience put a bad taste in our mouths. We were expecting the same treatment at Schaller's, but I'm glad we were wrong. I was good to see a manager so involved in the sales process. Not only did he showed us the car and took us for a ride, but we negotiated directly with him, and did all the closing paperwork with him on delivery. He even went over the car with us on delivery date. He went so far beyond, that he called us the next day to check in the vehicle. Perhaps it was because we worked directly with manager, but we are not used to white glove treatment when buying cars, and we have bought many luxury cars in our day. We look forward to keeping our RDX for many years, and look forward to working with Joe again in the future. He set the bar so high, that we may not buy anything other than Acuras from this point on. Overall, since my initial purchase of 2012 TL and now with my recent purchase of 2018 TLX I find that my experience at Schaller has been very positive Overall, since my initial purchase of 2012 TL and now with my recent purchase of 2018 TLX I find that my experience at Schaller has been very positive. For both vehicles my initial inquiries and request to compare various models were met with friendly enthusiasm and absolutely no pressure - even when driving a vehicle more than one time. I believe the Schaller approach as demonstrated by Teri in Sales and Joe in Service reflect very well on the dealership and Acura too. I have not yet had the TLX serviced but Dave's friendly and low-key approach and the quality, efficiency, courteousness and fair pricing in Service that I experienced with my TL keeps me from looking elsewhere for service. For a minor issue that could not be dealt with by conventional methods, Dave went the extra mile to fabricate an accessory to completely solve the problem. The TL's comfort, performance and styling so satisfied me that I did not consider other brands and after a few test drives with Teri's assistance I was pretty sure the TLX was the one for me. Only time will tell as I have not had the car for a full week yet. But, so far I am thrilled with it. So, bottom line, Teri and Dave are both great and indeed everyone I have encountered at Schaller Acura has been welcoming, friendly and helpful every time. There are not many businesses in general about which I can honestly say I have only had very good, positive experiences, including their generosity in contributing to charity events with which I am involved. This is our family's 12th vehicle, purchased or leased, from Schaller starting with an Acura Legend in 1986. We keep coming back because the cars are reliable and a real pleasure to drive. Also, because the Service Department is always the best. We have had very few issues in the 31 years but when we have the service was efficient and cost effective. So, now we are a 3-Acura family. Our daughter has a hand-me-down 2006 TL, my wife has a 2015 TLX, and I just got a 2018 TLX. We highly recommend Schaller, even if it is not the closest choice. They are that good. More
