The service crew was very courteous and clearly understood what was needed. After a thorough inspection they recommended additional items that needed care. I appreciated that. Having a loaner car while mine was serviced was also a perk. I received several updates from the crew while my wife was picking out a new RDX. Our sales rep, James Merrill, was exceptional. I think it was our best car purchase experience. The service on my MDX was completed on time and the car washed and cleaned. Schaller has earned a new customer. More
