Schaumburg Ford

My car went in for a simple recall service plus an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my car and they said it got the full inspection and everything came out great. The car ran for the rest of th change and tire rotation. I picked up my car and they said it got the full inspection and everything came out great. The car ran for the rest of the day, but the next morning, the car is completely dead. Not sure if a battery or starter and trying to determine that. If my car passed the inspection, how could this happen? Now, I have to pay for a tow and for the fix of this problem. No way I am doing that through Schaumburg Ford and will have to go elsewhere. I will never go back to Schaumburg Ford because I will never trust them again. They did something to my car so that I would request more service. When I called them about this, they did not take any accountability. My expectation would be that Schaumburg Ford would tow my car and fix it without charge to me. No way I can get a "car is great shape" after inspection and this happen. More
