New sales manager Larry a real swindler not honest at all lied about everything changed numbers and length of term try to meet payment needs without telling me! He will downplay your trade in and tell you it'll be on the lot too long! He told me my sedan wouldn't sell for at least 60 days and that's too long making it worthless but the car I was looking at was on the lot for over 400 Days and driven by everybody in the dealership! They put over 2,000 miles of dealer driven miles on the vehicle in a year and a half! Definitely Shady practices here More

Our Sales Consultant, Edwin Sanchez was a friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure salesman. He spent ample time with us but also allowed us plenty time to come to a final decision. We had visited other dealerships in the area but no one treated us like Edwin did. The price listed on their website was accurate, we felt we got a fair amount for our trade-in and a really good price for our new vehicle. The entire team seemed to work well together. Everyone was friendly, they thanked us for visiting their showroom, they offered to assist us in any way and multiple people thanked us for our business before we left. It was a great experience! Unscheduled Service I was traveling from Virginia to Wisconsin when the air conditioning failed in our Ford Explorer. I contacted the Service Department late in the day. I was traveling from Virginia to Wisconsin when the air conditioning failed in our Ford Explorer. I contacted the Service Department late in the day. Service Consultant Joe Lambert told me their schedule was full for the rest of the day but he could work me in the next day at 1000. I brought the vehicle in the next day and Joe got me right in to diagnose the problem. Once the problem was found he provided me with an estimate for repairs. I approved the estimate and Techician Kyle completed the repairs. Joe was professional and friendly. I was on my way to Wisconsin within a few hours and very satisfied with the service I received. More
