Poor service I was just hear August 17 for a oil change and tire check because my low tire light was on and I was told for the third time nothing was wrong with my I was just hear August 17 for a oil change and tire check because my low tire light was on and I was told for the third time nothing was wrong with my tires. Here it is August 22 and I'm back again for the 4th time in 3 months in regards to my low tire pressure light being on and now I'm being charged 50 dollars after my fourth visit for the same problem. Over all disappoint in this Ford and will not ever purchase another car from this location. More

Service I needed a module replaced, I understand they had to order it but they had my car longer then they said they would. No clue what Customer Service is I brought my car to Rohrman Ford today to have a leak in one corner of its sunroof. The service manager was aware of the purpose of the appt late las I brought my car to Rohrman Ford today to have a leak in one corner of its sunroof. The service manager was aware of the purpose of the appt late last week when we discussed it, and it wasn't until after I spent the time to come in, get checked in and explain to the service rep the reason for my visit, that the service manager told the rep, who told me, that they would check the cause of the leak, but that if it was a clogged drain tube, as he told me last week was likely the cause, that it was considered a maintenance item and wouldn't be covered by warranty, so I'd have to pay around $170 for the mechanic's time. This information should have been shared with me last week, so that I didn't waste my time, or my son's time (came to drive me home) today. More
